Shipping policy

 Here at the Kimmi Jo Shop, we value your time as well as money spent.  

Because of that, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible!  We do everything we can to ship within 2-4 days, but please have patience and remember that we are human, and sometimes things happen out of our control!  If something weird or unexpected does happen, we will be sure to let you know! 

Please Note: If your item is a custom order, it will ship within 1-3 weeks so we can make it special for you. If you have a particular timeline for your customized or special order item, please contact us at support@kimmijo.com so we can see what we can do to meet your special timeline.

We are based in the USA and even though we may ship within 2-4 days (and we try for sooner!), it still depends on the shipping carrier's time as to when it will arrive to you.  We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  You will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the route your order is taking.  Tracking information is sent to the email that you provide during checkout, so please double check that you've entered the correct email.
